Help Build 30 Squares — and Earn From Your Local Knowledge
30 Squares is a location-based challenge game built around real places, real towns, and real people.
Now we’re opening the door for local creators to build games in their own area — and earn ongoing income from them.
We’re currently looking for volunteers to create the first wave of 30 Squares games across the UK and beyond.
What’s In It for You?
If you create a game, you earn in two ways:
50% of all sponsorship income
You decide the sponsorship price for your game — local businesses sponsor squares, and you receive half of everything generated.
25p commission for every hint purchased
When players buy hints inside your game, you earn commission on every hint — creating a regular, ongoing income stream.
Once your game is live, it can continue earning with very little ongoing work.
What Do You Need to Do?
Creating a game is simple and doesn’t require any technical skills.
You just need to:
Go around your town or local area
Choose 30 great locations (landmarks, hidden gems, interesting spots)
Record the What3Words location for each square
Take a few photos of each spot
Then log onto this app (create a free account) and start entering your details. Explain the area of your square and click the AI button to allow it to generate a clue for you, tweak it so its difficult but not impossible to find.
